Seriously Fun Kid’s Wall Art

I've never been drawn to bright colors in my own personal life, preferring muted tones and your standard black, white and navy all over.  And then I had a baby...

Something changed in my life the moment I started designing my son's nursery room. I began looking for bright, vibrant hues in rugs, wallpaper, and artwork. I was shocked by my change of colorful heart, but more so, I was excited...and happy.

For the first time, I felt as though I wanted to be completely and utterly captured by vibrant, playful hues because I knew it would create a cheerful environment for my lil man.

It's with that very spirit - evoking the joy, simplicity and playfulness of color - that I created this "fine art" collection for kids.

My goal is to help you bring out the color of life in your own kid spaces and allow for some whimsy to take over the walls. It's unserious artwork for your tiniest curators meant to offer a smile with each and every glance.

I have the best job. Hands down. Don't even try to argue with me. I get to make art - both by documenting incredible humans living their incredible lives and capturing wacky and playful objects in my studio. And to top it all off, I finally get to spend some quality time with my tools in my wood shop with the introduction of my handcrafted framing products. It's a wild dream come true and I make sure to remember every day that I'm blessed to do the work that I do.

I currently live and play in LA, but am a midwest native with a slight Chicago accent (if you catch me on a good day). My family is comprised of a dreamboat husband with a penchant for sports trivia, a toddler son with a set of chunky cheeks that stops every elderly woman in their tracks, an 80 lb fuzzy pup who thinks he's only 10 lbs, and a senior cat that insists on sleeping under my chin every night.
